It crashed several times when we were testing and, when it did work, it took a really, really long time to load images and apply effects. That really slowed the creative process down and made using the app a bit frustrating. We really wanted to like PicsArt and, on some levels, we did. Editor and PictBear. Unfortunately, it was a pain in the neck to use.
This is a pretty big problem and really interfered with our enjoyment of this app. The free version for PC is useless compared to everything you can do with the free mobile app.
Don't know why the wasted people's time with this. User friendly,many options to fix or alter your pictures. I've been using this app for years never been disappointed with it. The many many different things you can do is awesome!! A must download to computer or phone More. The options are great selection on creating what you want.
